Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and execute analysis of business initiatives, product launches and/or new service offerings
• Analyzing businesses, cryptocurrency valuations, investment opportunities, legal information, and financial data to make recommendations
• Following market trends, investment portfolios and keeping up-to-date on industry and regulation changes
• Manage financial planning and analysis department. Supervise creation of reports, software implementation and tools for budgeting and forecasting
• Be the spokesperson for Unbound Finance and collect/communicate feedback from the investor community
• Be the bridge between Unbound Finance and our token holders (both current and potential)
• Set up/maintain new/existing exchange accounts on cryptocurrency exchanges
• Prepare/oversee accounting and record-keeping operations including preparation of financial reports (profit & loss/income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement)
• Manage financial accounting and reporting as well as the banking and legal relationships

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: financial modelling, valuation, investing and investment management landscape (particularly within the financial services, fin-tech & consumer tech industries)
• Hands-on crypto/ blockchain experience (professional or personal), especially DeFi relating
• Experience interacting with the investment community (including buy- and sell-side analysts), key shareholders, financial media and potential shareholders
• Possess a strong network of investment community relationships including investors, analysts, rating agencies, and financial media
• Existing track record in client relationship management processes and best practices
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or another related field of study preferred
